The conference fee for regular participants covers the access to all conference sessions, exhibition area, welcome reception, coffee breaks, delegate’s set with conference programme and book of abstracts, conference dinner and excursion.

The student fee covers all above except a ticket for the conference dinner.

The one-day registration fee includes access to the plenary hall, poster session (if any at the selected day) and exhibition area, excluding tickets for social events.

The conference fee for accompanying persons includes welcome reception, Varna city tour, conference dinner and excursion.

The participant by correspondence type of registration is designed for those colleagues who are not able to attend ICPSBB 2021 neither physically nor virtually. The presentation in this case will be an E-poster. After the meeting the book of abstracts will be duly sent by mail (please kindly supply your full postal address).

The online participation fee provides the opportunity to attend virtually all sessions of the conference (the event will be streamed live). The options for participation will be an E-poster or an oral online presentation. After the meeting the book of abstracts will be duly sent by post.

The conference fee does not include individual costs for travel, accommodation and personal insurance.

All participants are kindly requested to pre-register by sending a completed Registration form using the on-line system (please follow the link by clicking the REGISTER button on the Homepage). Please kindly bear in mind that each participant should create his/her own account with username and password.

Before 15 May 2021 – 50% refund (excl. 30 EUR bank fee).

No refunds will be provided after 15 May 2021 or for no shows.


A letter of confirmation will be sent to participant on receipt of the registration form and respective payment.


On arrival at the hotel and after check-in, participants are kindly requested to contact the registration desk situated next to the conference hall where they will be supplied their registration badges and all conference materials. Outstanding balances for registration fee, accommodation and/or transfers should be settled at the registration desk.
